Hi, I’m Per 👋🏼

I'm a product design leader who enjoys helping teams solve complex problems and create digital experiences people understand, enjoy and keep coming back to.

Over the past 25 years, I've worked across media, telecom and digital consumer products — as a hands-on designer, leading design teams and often somewhere in between. I believe the best design decisions are made close to the users, the product and the people building it.

Building strong teams is a big part of what I do. I've recruited and developed designers, coached emerging design leaders and shaped design organisations through growth and change. I care about creating clarity, raising design quality and helping designers grow — so teams can build better products together.

Across Sveriges Radio, Readly, Tele2, Com Hem and Viaplay, I've worked at the intersection of design, product, technology and business — helping teams turn product ambition into experiences that create value for users.
